2. Avoid Most Common Passwords and
   
3. Get Ultra High Security Passwords
4. Install Master Password Timeout - a Firefox Extension which locks the master security device after a predefined period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized use of saved passwords.
5. After all this security, if you want to backup or export your passwords use Password Exporter
