[New Feature] Limit Profile Access to Individual Countries & Regions

Now you can limit access to your profile to certain regions from http://www.orkut.com/PrivacySettings.aspx

This feature is particularly handy if you do not wish to get random friends requests and your friends come from certain places.

Restricted profiles would have a message like the one below and would not even have an add button. You can change your country only once a month.
