I would recommend 5 ways to Secure your Password.
  1. Check your Password Strength with The Password Meter
  2. Avoid Most Common Passwords and
  3. Get Ultra High Security Passwords
  4. Install Master Password Timeout – a Firefox Extension which locks the master security device after a predefined period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized use of saved passwords.
  5. After all this security, if you want to backup or export your passwords use Password Exporter
